We loved the delicious breakfast with a variety of Polish specialties, including homemade bread and butter. The hotel's wellness area, especially the cascaded pool and hot tub with a stunning view, was a highlight. The hotel also provided the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay, including towels and dressing gowns for the spa. The location on a hill offered an awesome view from our room, and there was convenient parking available on-site.
The only downside was the small size of the room for two people. However, this was overshadowed by the positive aspects of our stay - we felt well taken care of and the staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met.

The staff at the hotel were amazing, always polite and took care of us throughout our stay. We felt like VIPs with their exceptional customer service. the food prepared by the cook, Marcin, was out of this world. Every morning we were treated to a variety of delicious and fresh dishes. It was such a treat to have someone cater to our taste buds. the breakfast provided was also tasty and satisfying. the location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was within walking distance to the town center and offered stunning views of the surroundings.
There were a few things that left a negative impression on our stay. the lack of housekeeping service during our three-day stay was disappointing.

Lovely stay, comfortable beds, and a fantastic view! The pool and jacuzzi were brilliant to relax after a busy day at work. Good internet speed helped with work-related tasks. Breakfast had a basic variety, but it was delicious. The hotel location was quiet and not far from the center. The staff was very helpful and accommodated our unexpected early checkout request without any additional charge.
Missed housekeeping service for three days. The treatment options were limited, and we didn't have many choices to choose from.

Loved the comfortable rooms at Hotel New Wave! The balcony was a great bonus, perfect for enjoying the stunning views of Wisla.
Personally, I found it unnecessary to have a kitchenware in the double room.

During my Easter stay at this hotel, I was impressed by the comfortable and cozy bedrooms; it felt like home. the SPA area was amazing, with a pool that was perfect for kids and a lovely view of the surroundings. the breakfast served was generally good, and I especially enjoyed the homemade bread and butter. the location, being in a quiet area but not far from the city center, was also perfect for a family vacation.
The lack of soundproofing in some rooms was an issue for us as we were kept awake by some loud guests who were playing pool in a nearby room. We also found that some areas of the hotel were not properly maintained;

The hotel had 2 amazing play-areas for kids, both indoor and outdoor, that were super well-equipped. The billiards table was a great bonus too. The breakfast was simply mind-blowing with fresh fruit, veggies, cereals, yogurt and delicious homemade spreads. Although I would have loved some sweet pastries. The location was super convenient and the staff were really nice. The outdoor pool was spacious, clean, and thankfully not crowded. The bedrooms were incredibly comfortable with top-notch beds and the internet had a super good speed. The jacuzzi and pool area were simply brilliant, and the sauna was also really good. The standing sun bed was a bit old but not too bad. The location was perfect, quiet yet not far from the city center. The breakfast, although basic, was tasty and the staff were always helpful and open to requests. They even changed our checkout date at no extra cost due to an unexpected event. We were extremely grateful for that. We will definitely return if we're ever in the area again as the views were absolutely jaw-dropping. The cook Marcin and the staff were simply wonderful. They were so polite and took excellent care of us. We truly felt catered to. Marcin's cooking was unbelievably tasty and there was always so much food and variety. Everything was prepared fresh and hot. The staff were incredibly friendly and flexible with our late arrival and checkout. I can't recommend this place enough - it truly was a special experience.
